Shipping

If the item has already been made, it will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.

For handmade orders, please allow up to 7 working days. There may be delays during busy times especially if I need to source special fabrics. You will however, be notified in a timely manner if delays are expected.

Once processed, items usually take 2-3 working days to arrive within the U.K. Bigger parcels can take up to 5 working days. International shipping is around 2-3 weeks. These timescales are estimates only and the postal service can be shorter or longer. 

Items are usually posted via Royal Mail/Interparcel and will always obtain proof of postage.

For international orders, where import duties or other taxes are applied, costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Please drop us a message to discuss postage options if applicable. ​

Returns & Exchanges

All garments and accessories are lovingly handmade using carefully selected fabrics and every care is made in the finishing.

However, if you change your mind about your purchase, or are dissatisfied, items may be exchanged, repaired or returned if unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and tagged with its original packaging.

*Due to hygiene and safety reasons, fabric masks or filters are not returnable.

How do I return / exchange?

Items should be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and match their description. If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact within 7 days of receipt of items and return within 14 days.

When will I get my refund / exchange?

Refunds will be issued once returned items have been received and checked. I will issue and confirm the refund or exchange (if available) within 4 working days of receiving your return but it may take a further 3 or 4 days for the refund to show in your account.

Replacements or exchanges will be posted out usually within 1-2 working days.

Items returned that do not adhere to the above policies will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. I will not accept used or soiled clothing items.

I cannot refund items damaged or lost in their return shipment so please obtain a tracking number for your package.

Refunds can only be issued using same method as payment.

Terms & Conditions

The description of the items are set out in each product listing. Any description is for illustrative purposes only and there may be small discrepancies in the size and colour due to lighting in photos. Furthermore, due to pattern placement of fabrics, each item is likely to be slightly different because they are each individually handmade.

All items are subject to availability. From time to time, fabrics over sell. If this happens I will contact you as soon possible to discuss options. These options will include but not limited to – a full refund, an alternative fabric or alternative garment.

It is your responsibility to ensure that any information including measurements given or used to determine size is accurate. Please refer to the description in each product listing.
